Your Holiday Contract:
When you make a booking you gurantee that you have the authority to accept and do accept on behalf of your party the terms of these booking conditions. A contract will exist as soon as the booking is confirmed on our computer system. Confirmation is given in the form of an ATOL receipt for flight inclusive bookings. This contract is made on the terms of these booking conditions, which are governed by English law, and the jurisdiction of the English courts.
Terms and Conditions:
The air holidays and flights shown on this site are ATOL protected by the Civil Aviation Authority. We act as agents for licensed tour operators. The relevant ATOL number is displayed with each holiday shown. Click on the ATOL logo if you want to know more. As travel and booking agents we act as Agents for the Principals actually providing the relevant services and with whom your contract will be made. We shall not be liable for any act or default on the part of such a Principal or it's agents or servants. All holidays shown are subject to availability.
Credit Card Chrages:
We do not make any charges for payments by debit card. Payments by credit card will be subject to a 2% handling fee.
Insurance:
It is a condition of booking of all tour operators and suppliers that you have adequate travel insurance. In the case that you decline insurance you may be asked to sign an indemnity form or provide details of alternative cover.
Deposits and Balance Payments:
At the time of booking you will be required to pay a deposit in accordance with your respective suppliers booking conditions. Where a booking is made within 12 weeks of departure you will be required to pay the full cost of your holiday. All final balance payments are collected 12 weeks prior to travel. Where balances are not paid we reserve the right to cancel your reservation.
Passports, Visas and Health Certificates:
Passengers must be in possession of a valid passport and necessary visa(s) and health certificates. In cases of passengers being refused entry by any immigration or other authority all repatriation costs are to be bourne by the passenger.
